Processing Time
We will complete processing and shipment within 2-3 business days of receiving the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Please note that Tridrant is not responsible for any delays with the courier. Although delays may occasionally occur during peak periods, our shipping time estimates are generally fast and reliable. For pre-order items, shipping times may vary.

Delayed Orders
If there is a delay in processing your order, you may choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. For shipping delays, please contact the shipping company directly for updates.
Damaged Orders
Once the goods are in the hands of the shipping company, Tridrant is not responsible for lost or damaged orders. If you receive an order damaged, please contact us immediately for support and assistance in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Shipping Restrictions
Our courier partners may choose to use an “authorized leave service” where the package is dropped off without a signature if they assess the safety of the delivery address. Tridrant is not responsible for lost packages in this situation and cannot provide you with a refund or replacement. We deeply regret this and appreciate your understanding.
In addition, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Office Boxes (APO/FPO). Please understand.
Return Policy
We value customer satisfaction and are willing to accept returns on eligible items. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags. Please submit a return request within 25 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase. c. Certain items (such as sale items) may not be eligible for return. d. Items with perfume, makeup, wear, animal hair, or tampered or missing linings are not returnable. e. Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable or exchangeable. No refund or credit will be given for such items returned. f. Return Process
To return your product, please contact our customer service team via email, stating the reason for the return and order information. Do not send the item back until your return request is approved. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once you receive a return confirmation, please follow the return process and send the item back to the specified address.
Refunds
Once our warehouse receives (and inspects) your return, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved for a refund or that we are unable to provide a refund and the reasons for our decision. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method for the item price less the return shipping fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your credit card statement or bank account.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
