Return Policy

We want to make it easy for you to get the right item, so you can enjoy your shopping experience with peace of mind. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items returned within 30 days of receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment if they are in their original condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. For items purchased during a discount, coupon code, or online promotion, the amount credited will correspond to the amount paid at the time of ordering.

Return Conditions
  • Any returned item must be in the same condition you received it.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original packaging and original tags intact.
  • Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Returned items must be returned in their original sealed packaging.
  • Gift cards (if any) are also not redeemable or returnable.
  • Some clearance items are final sales, and the product page and order will display “Final Sale – No Returns/Exchanges”.
  • For returns and exchanges caused by your personal reasons, shipping costs and a series of fees incurred will be borne by you.
  • Tridrant does not accept unauthorized returns. To return your order, you need to apply to our customer service team via email.
  • For your safety, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or other insured packages to return the goods. Please send the return package to: 0000
  • If the appeal conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund request.
Refund Time

The shipping time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email. After your return is processed, the refund will take up to 2 Weeks to appear in your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as when the order was placed. If you placed your order by credit card, the order will be refunded to the corresponding payment method.

Cancelling and Modifying Orders

Unfortunately, in order to ship in a timely manner, we are unable to cancel or modify any online orders at any time after you have placed your order. Modifications may include but are not limited to:

  • Change shipping address and details
  • Change color and size
  • Add or remove items
  • Apply discounts
  • Cancel the entire order

Please ensure that all details provided when placing your order are complete and correct.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe that the item you received is defective, damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected]. If details and photos are available, we will send you a response after checking the photos so that you can return the item and we will cover the return shipping costs if the item is indeed a manufacturing defect or shipped incorrectly.
